KicK Fitness and dance offers a wide variety of classes for both children and adults. We offer over 40 classes each week. At KicK there is never an enrollment fee, nor a required commitment.

Our Philosophy

At KicK we are dedicated to helping you meet your personal goals. If you are looking to get in shape, relax, lose weight, increase flexibility, learn to dance, or improve athletic performance, we have a program for you.

Our Facility

Our facility features a 1000 square foot air conditioned aerobics studio with cushioned floor, a spin room, changing area, on site childcare, and ample off street parking.

Our Staff

All our classes are taught by Monmouth County's best instructors. Each instructor is certified and experienced within their area of expertise.
