May 25 7:30 to 9 makeup for Thursday night Advanced Jazz
May 27th - Juniors
4:30 to 6, seniors 6 to 8! (No advanced Jazz due to prom)
June 1 and 2 - Photo days (please check the recital info page

June 3rd - Dress rehearsal (please check the recital info page for your times)
June 6th

June 10th - Last day of Team...Juniors 4:30 to 6:15....5:45 to 7:30. Don't miss....end of the
year dance party!
Now is also a good time to start getting organized! Costumes
are starting to come home. Please put all small accessories in labeled ziplock bags.
Clear garment bags allow dancers a clear view of what they need....I hear they have them at
Bed Bath and Beyond. All dancers need a makeup kit including black pencil eyeliner,
mascara, neutral eyeshadow, pinkish blush, and long wearing pinkish red lipstick. Dancers also need neutral hair elastics,
bobby pins, and super strong hairspray and gel. I
Group entry fees are $30 per dance per
competition (3 events = $90) and costumes are about $65 so the cost per competition dance is $155. There are no separate costume fee for any team
class, but there are costume fees for other classes. There may be additional accessory/prop charges if needed for a
dance, but none to exceed $25 per dancer. Additional expenses include tights, bodyliners, makeup, hair accessories,
and your own travel expenses.
There is an annual $75 per dancer Team Kick fee to cover
all administrative costs, extra rehearsals, music, and misc. costs. All entry fees, costume payments, and Team fees
are non refundable and non transferable.

September 1st- $75 Team Kick fee (all Team Mini, Junior and Senior)
and Team Sweats orders due on 9/12/09 (Team Hoodies and Sweatpants are available at this time only!! No late orders!)
Please see attached order form. Solo, Duet, and Trio Choreography fees are due as well
October 1st - $155 ($125 for mini team) due for first
dance. October 15th is the last day to pay for fall tuition
November 1st - $155 due for second dance
December 1st - Recital costumes due by
12/1 for the discount (late payments will not receive discounts)
January 1st - $155 due for third dance (ask to
see how many dances your child is in!!) Registration for winter spring session due
February 1st - $155 due for
fourth dance (Senior 2 only) and solo, duet, and trio entry fees are due as well.
March 1st - The LAST day for
any late payments to be accepted. Students with unpaid entry fees will not be entered into any competitions.
April 1st - Last day to pay for Winter/Spring Tuition
June 1st - Camp deposits due for 2010 Team Camp!
