Floor Classes
Yoga Booty Ballet - A blend of intense sculpting with stretching to develop long lean muscles. This class combines
the Lotte Berke method with yoga stretching and ballet conditioning exercises. A ballet barre, light weights and a small
fitness ball are used in this class.
Pilates - The pilates method of body conditioning has
been the preferred method of conditioning by dancers because it creates long, lean muscles. Special attention is paid to the
core muscles of the abdomen.
On the Ball - A core focused conditioning workout utilizing the exercise ball to
develop balance, strength, and flexibility.
Step Interval - a high energy step class that
alternates step choreography with intervals of weight training.
Total Body Conditioning- A complete conditioning
workout that utilizes bands, weights, balls, and body bars.
Zumba - ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin
and INternational music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. Zumba is a feel
happy dance workout!
Celebrity Fit - Join Vanessa for an actual Celebrity workout plan. A
different celebrity if featured every month.
Bosu Bootcamp- a blend of cardio, conditioning,
and balance training geared to work off the weekend every Monday morning!
Bootcamp - Join Donna

Spin Classes
Spin - An indoor cycling class that simulates an outdoor ride. One of the most effective aerobic (fat
burning) workouts possible. By utlizing a heart rate monitor you can be sure that you are creating the strongest, leanest,
heathiest body possible.
Total Body Spin - A mind/body approach featuring upper body
work and a super intense ride!
